Synopsis

A territory-reforming fantasy stirred up by a genius, brainy 0-year-old revolutionary! An infant named Rutolf awakens with an adult-level consciousness thanks to “memories” from another world. By gathering information and comparing it with these memories, he learns that he is the second son of a baron’s family—and that their territory is drowning in problems such as food shortages and crippling debt. Realizing the situation is so dire that the villagers may not even survive the winter, Rutolf teams up with his older brother, Wolf—who has discovered his secret—to begin reforming their land and saving their people!
