Synopsis

In the modern era, dungeons and monsters appear, and awakened humans emerge. The awakened, possessing extraordinary power and abilities, became hunters to protect the world, and a power structure formed around them. But this was all irrelevant to Mu-Jin... or was it? Due to his female friend Ji-Su, who had returned, Mu-Jin's life, which had sought normality, changed spectacularly! Sixteen-year-old Mu-Jin receives a thunderbolt confession from Ji-Su, his childhood friend he's known since they were little. She claims to have returned from a distant future where an evil organization conquered the world, making it a dreadful place to live. She says the Mu-Jin she saw before dying crushed enemies with overwhelming power. Therefore, “You... become my comrade!” Though this absurd confession makes Mu-Jin slightly concerned about Ji-Su's mental state, his arrogant conceit, thinking a hunter's life might be fun, leads him to enroll in the Hunter Academy. A born genius with a body of steel and sharp wit, the ultimate overpowered munchkin Mu-Jin enters the academy with outstanding grades despite minimal training and becomes a disciple of the King of Power. The only thing different from the past is Mu-Jin. Even so, can Ji-Su change a future destined only for destruction? (Source: KakaoPage, translated)
